Operating and Guiding Principles

• Our Labradors are family raised and bred for excellent temperament without compromising their hunting backgrounds.
• Breed only the highest quality AKC registered Labradors possible. Our pedigrees include numerous Field and Show Champions.
• Our sires and dams are PENN Hips (90%) or OFA Good or Excellent, and CERF eyes done annually in June
• Our sires and dams will be kept up to date on all required vaccinations and preventative inoculations
• As pets, our dogs are primarily members of our family and secondarily used for breeding purposes.
• All of our adult dogs and puppies are fed high quality foods to maintain their vitality and health
• Our puppies are well socialized with human interaction (including children) staying with us for the full eight weeks of their early lives.
• Whelping areas are always clean, safe and nurturing.
• We are not and do not intend to become a “puppy mill”. We will never sell our puppies over the Internet. Purchase will only be transacted after a successful personal interview.
• We guarantee our puppies to be healthy with no known abnormalities.
• Our sire and dams are exercised regularly either through walks, runs or swimming.
• We encourage communication with all of our past clients as a means of ensuring the highest quality of breeding stock.
• Puppies will initially be sold with limited AKC registration. Limited status will be lifted after successful hip, elbow, and eye certification. (Explanation of limited registration)
